The SHA 140 is a high-performance battery-powered vacuum shredder that has been designed for professional users and is part of the AP System. With 15% more suction power compared to the petrol SH 86 vacuum shredder, the SHA 140 is the ideal tool for professionals working in landscaping and grounds maintenance. The vacuum shredder will efficiently vacuum leaves, grass and hedge clippings with ease before shredding them directly in the machine. Assembling the SHA 140 and removing the catcher bag can be done without the need for tools. Its wide openings allow for easy access when cleaning the tool, mean clogs can be cleared with ease. The ergonomic design of the handle means the tool is comfortable to use thanks to the wide handles and the positioning of the collection bag. The ventilation openings on the collection bag enables constant suction power regardless of the fill level of the bag, and the metal shredder blade on the shredder reduces the size of material to better fill the bag and speed up the composting of material. The collection bag has a robust design and doesn’t use a zipper – it instead has robust metal buckles and has been designed for quick and complete emptying once full. The SHA 140 has a variable sped trigger for greater control and a boost mode integrated into the throttle trigger. On a full charge with the recommended AP 300 S battery, the SHA 140 has a working time of 60 minutes, or 38 minutes on boost mode.
